By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Remote Drafters provides remote drafting and design support services including, but not limited to:

  • Cabinet Vision drafting
  • Microvellum drafting
  • AutoCAD 2D/3D drafting
  • Shop drawings
  • Joinery detailing
  • Architectural drafting support
  • 3D modeling and rendering

All services are provided remotely based on information, drawings, and specifications supplied by the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete drawings, measurements, and specifications
  • Review all drawings before fabrication or construction
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Obtain required permits and approvals

Remote Drafters is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

3. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the service agreement or quotation. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Pricing is provided via quotation or agreed hourly rate.
  • Invoices are due according to agreed payment terms.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved drawings delivered to the Client become the Client’s property for the intended project use.

Remote Drafters retains the right to:

  • Use non-confidential work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes
  • Retain underlying drafting methods, templates, and internal systems

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client drawings, specifications, and proprietary information as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Remote Drafters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
  • We are not responsible for fabrication, installation, engineering verification, or site conditions.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Remote Drafters harmless from claims arising out of misuse of drawings, failure to review documents, or failure to comply with regulations.

9. Project Delays

Delivery timelines depend on the timely provision of complete information and feedback from the Client. Delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals are not the responsibility of Remote Drafters.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

11. Independent Contractor Status

Remote Drafters operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial standards. Jurisdiction and governing law may be specified in individual service agreements.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
